Resources provided for self-guided training zone identification for training by power, heart rate, or perceived exertion
Weekly schedule includes workouts built around your life's busy schedule
Unlimited text/messenger consulting.
Monthly emails and phone calls
$150 per month with a 3-month minimum to start. Subsequent and successive 3-month plans are $125 per month which includes a follow-up consultation to [re-]evaluate progress, goals, life schedule, etc.
This budget-friendly and flexible 3-month package will help guide and prepare you for your first or next race. You can use it to finalize your preparations in the 12 weeks leading up to a big event or combine two packages and begin your preparation six months out.
Includes:
Personal evaluation and initial consultation to identify goals, history, and experience
Training plan with general workout goals and guidelines for each training block to maximize training flexibility (i.e., this is not a day-to-day training plan)
Plans are created for each training block taking into consideration both progress and challenges from the prior block; these blocks, including recovery periods in between training blocks, are generally 2.5-4 weeks in length.
Guided training zone identification for training by power, heart rate, or perceived exertion
Monthly review and analysis of training data (heart rate or power)
2 telephone consultation per month (not including initial consultation)
$250 for 3-month package. Subsequent and successive 3-month plans $200
This plan is designed for athletes wanting more guidance and flexible structure in their training and more extensive advising on other aspects of race preparation and execution.
Includes:
Personal evaluation and initial consultation to identify goals, history, and experience
Daily training plan created on week-to-week basis built around other life commitments
Guided training zone identification for training by power, heart rate, or perceived exertion
Recommendations about bike setup, gear selection, and course-specific considerations for targeted race and goals
Weekly email exchanges and unlimited telephone and text consultation.
Periodic review and analysis of training data (heart rate or power)
Advising on route details, race logistics, pacing and strategy, self-care, and race nutrition considerations
On course riding/running and tips of the course. Pre-race prep including your crew.
200 per month with a 3-month minimum to start (unless upgrading from a different plan). Subsequent and successive 3-month plans are $150 per month
